Description
The goalkeeper jumps over the hurdles with feet together. It is important to use arm swing when jumping. Intensity: 4 repetitions followed by a break of approx. 3 min. 5 sets in total. Alternative: After the jumps, the goalkeeper must catch a ball or return a pass.
