Description

Place three cones or a bench (depending on the goalkeepers' age) in the center of the goal. The goalkeeper starts lying on their back outside one of the posts, with their head on the goal line. On the coach's command, the goalkeeper gets up, avoids the post, starts running towards the opposite post, jumps laterally over the cones or obstacle, and dives, stretching as much as possible to reach the ball, which is thrown by the coach as close as possible (depending on the goalkeepers' age and experience with diving) to the far post.
