Description

Two groups stay in the penalty area space with two goals to play a 6 vs 6 with two goalkeepers, while the other group goes to the interval training zone. Rotate the matches so that everyone cycles through the interval zone after playing. - In the interval zone, place several cones 5 meters apart, up to the 50-meter mark of the half-pitch. First, sprint to the first cone at 90% intensity and jog back to the start. Then sprint to the second cone at 90% and jog back to the start, continuing until the last cone. Finish with the same route, but starting from the long distances and ending with the short ones. If finished ahead of time, conclude the exercise with a light recovery jog.
