Description

The goalkeeper (P1) runs at half-sprint to the first hurdle, jumps over the first hurdle with feet together, then jumps over the second and third hurdles with feet together. They then sprint to catch the ball placed 10 meters away, diving to the ground (once on each side). As they dive, the coach (EP) enters the box with the ball at their feet, heading towards the goal (once on each side). The goalkeeper must get up quickly and sprint to dive at the feet of the coach (player) approaching in stride, attempting to clear the ball with a punch.
