Description

One player starts from each flank, one with the ball and one without. Both perform a slalom, then sprint to the center cone where the player with the ball passes it to the other. The player now in possession dribbles around the outside of the circuit to the byline to cross towards the penalty spot, while the player without the ball accelerates towards the far left midfield cone and then sprints towards the edge of the box to attack the cross. The circuit ends with a cross and a finish. Players return to their respective lines outside the circuit. Switch lines after each repetition.
