Description
Running movement performing coordination work + visual or auditory cue from the GK coach to determine direction, and the goalkeepers perform a 1v1 and save on a static ball. Duration: 3 repetitions (both sides). Duration: 6' with 2' recovery. Variations: 1. Use the drill also to reinforce handling/catching. 2. Instead of a static ball, perform the action with a moving player.
