Description
The coach stands behind goalkeepers 1 and 2 and tells goalkeeper 3 who to pass the ball to. If he raises one hand, goalkeeper 1 passes to 2; otherwise, 3 exchanges passes with 1. * We add two hand weights to goalkeepers 1 and 2 to work on some strength.
