Description
Station 1: Bench press to work chest and back. Station 2: Squats holding a medicine ball with arms extended forward, keeping the ball as high as possible. Station 3: Barbell squats with the bar resting on the shoulders behind the neck, assisted by a partner. Station 4: Resistance harness work where a partner provides resistance while allowing for forward movement. Station 5: Push-ups and crunches on a bench with feet elevated on the bench. Station 6: Continuous running while stations 1 through 5 are being completed.
