Description

Perform a sprint over the hurdles at high speed, jog slowly until reaching the next pole and accelerate past all of them with speed changes, jog slowly until reaching the mini-hurdles and perform short skipping, finishing with an acceleration to the final cone, return with a recovery jog to the right until reaching the start of the circuit.
