Description
The goalkeeper starts at the center cone, the furthest one. They move to the first cone on the left, circle around it, and return to the center. This is repeated with all cones. After completing each one, the goalkeeper moves to the goal made of poles, and the coach begins shooting, first to one side and then to the other until all balls are gone.
