1) The goalkeeper distributes the ball by hand to a goalkeeper coach. 2) Moves towards the other coach who sends an aerial ball that must be caught. 3) Returns to the goal moving backwards. 4) The first coach shoots the ball that was previously sent via the distribution. 5) The last coach takes 1 to 3 shots in any direction.
