Description
1st The goalkeeper performs a hand distribution to a goalkeeper coach. 2nd The goalkeeper moves to the other coach, who sends an aerial ball that must be caught. 3rd The goalkeeper backpedals to the goal. 4th The first coach shoots the ball that was previously distributed by the goalkeeper. 5th The last coach takes 1 to 3 shots in any direction.
