Description
The goalkeeper stands between the starting mark and the first pole. The coach kicks a ball towards the goalkeeper at chest height. The goalkeeper blocks the ball using correct technique, returns the ball to the coach, and performs a U-shaped movement forwards and backwards to clear the pole located to their side; this movement must be at maximum speed. Repeat the process through all the poles until the final mark. This exercise is performed in both directions, from left to right and right to left.
