Description
1. Instep pass to teammate. 2. Sprint to the pole goal to perform a frontal catch. 3. Round the pole while keeping eyes on the next action. 4. Frontal skipping with a sprint to the next station to perform a low dive catch. 5. Quick recovery and sprint to the cone goal where the teammate who received the first pass will take a low shot for a low lateral dive. Important: Focus on the diagonal step with the leg corresponding to the ball's direction to close the gap and ensure a forward dive rather than falling backward into the goal. For the low frontal catch, ensure the supporting leg is opposite to the ball's direction to prevent it from slipping through.
