Description
The coach stands behind the penalty spot. The goalkeeper advances to the edge of the 6-yard box, touches the ball held by the coach, and retreats quickly. The coach then quickly launches the ball towards the crossbar for the goalkeeper to perform a clearance over it. Immediately after, the goalkeeper drops laterally to save a static ball placed on the ground.
