Description
On the coach's signal, players perform 15 sit-ups and upon finishing, those in the front row immediately sprint; those on the wings must take the ball, cross it (the player at cone D) and dribble to then play a cut-back pass (the player at cone A). After a 5-minute rest, repeat the exercise but this time with 10 push-ups.
