Description
At the coach's signal, the first players in each line start the course with a predetermined task: Slalom run (left) Circle the two middle cones (2nd from the left) Circle the two middle cones in a figure-eight (2nd from the right) Zigzag around the middle cones (right) Competition format: The slowest group must do 15 push-ups per round before the next one begins.
