Sprint Shuffle Sprint

Description

Players sprint straight to the first cone, shuffle laterally to the second cone, sprint straight to the third cone, shuffle laterally to the fourth cone, sprint straight to the fifth cone, and then return to the start. Perform 10-15 repetitions with short breaks. Can be done as a team competition or individually. Variation Perform the drill with a ball. Dribble the distance.
