Sidesteps, Quick Steps and Body Contact

Description

1st Round: Perform sidesteps passing each other towards the opposite cone, then take short, quick steps to the marker in front of you, change sides again using sidesteps, and so on. 2nd/3rd Round: Perform sidesteps towards each other. Move around each other in the center and return to the starting cone. Once there, move forward to the next cone. 4th Round: Start by running straight to the next cone, stop, take a step back with your left and right foot, and then move forward to the next cone. 5th Round: Perform sidesteps towards the center, jump, and make controlled shoulder-to-shoulder contact with your partner. Then continue sidestepping outwards, and so on.
