Description

Objective: - Explosive strength endurance. Conditioning rule: - None. Notes: - A goal is placed 25 meters from the goal line. - The 2 defenders start behind this goal performing explosive strength exercises (2 reps). - The attackers start in the other half and, heading towards the same goal, also perform explosive strength exercises (2 reps) before launching their attack. - The coach plays the ball to the attackers after they complete the exercises. - There is only a 10-second window to finish.
