Sprint Intervals

Description

The player starts at the first post and sprints to the second post. Then, the player jogs at a very relaxed pace for 20 seconds. At the end of the 20 seconds, the player must be back at the second post. From there, the player sprints back to the first post and then takes another 20-second rest. This process is repeated several times.
