Description
Station 1: Lying on a bench, perform barbell bench presses focusing on chest and back. Station 2: With a medicine ball, perform squats while extending arms forward and keeping the ball as high as possible. Station 3: With a barbell and partner assistance, place the bar on the upper back/shoulders and perform squats. Station 4: Using resistance harnesses, the partner provides resistance from behind, allowing slight freedom for the player to pull forward. Station 5: On a bench, perform push-ups and crunches with feet elevated on the bench. Station 6: Continuous running throughout the duration of stations 1 to 5.
