Description
Station 1: Lying on a bench, performing barbell presses to work chest and back. Station 2: Using a medicine ball, perform squats while extending arms forward and keeping the ball as high as possible. Station 3: With a barbell and a partner's help, place it on the back of your neck/shoulders and perform squats. Station 4: Using harnesses, perform resistance work where a partner holds you back while allowing enough freedom to pull forward. Station 5: On a bench, perform push-ups and sit-ups with feet elevated on the bench. Station 6: Continuous running for the duration of stations 1 through 5.
