Description

Station 1: Lying on the bench, we perform barbell presses working chest and back. Station 2: With a medicine ball, we perform squats, extending arms forward and keeping the ball as high as possible. Station 3: With a barbell and a partner's help, place it on the back of the neck/shoulders and perform squats. Station 4: With harnesses, we perform resistance work; the partner holds from behind, allowing slight freedom to pull. Station 5: On a bench, we perform push-ups and crunches with feet elevated on the bench. Station 6: Continuous running while the process from 1 to 5 lasts.
