Description
Perform a fast sprint over the hurdles at high speed, jog slowly until reaching the next pole and accelerate behind all of them with speed changes, jog slowly until reaching the low mini-hurdles and perform short skipping to finish with an acceleration to the final cone, return at a recovery jog to the right until finding the start of the circuit
