Description
- EXERCISE 1: A: Jump over hurdles on one foot, sprint to the first cone. Pivot to the outside, sprint across to the second cone, pivot again, and run backwards to the third cone. Jog back to B. B: With knees bent, perform lateral shuffles. Sprint to the first cone. Pivot to the outside, sprint across to the second cone, pivot again, and run backwards to the third cone. Jog back to A. EXERCISE 2: In zone A, replace hurdles with markers. Start with the ball, dribbling through the markers (various dribbling techniques can be used). Then, dribble to the first cone, perform a roulette, cross over to the second cone, perform a rotation, and dribble to the third cone, where you play a diagonal pass to the next player.
