Physical stations.

Description

Change station every 4 minutes. Station 1: ladders + zigzag + pick up cone of color X. The next player starts on the coach's clap. Station 2: jumps + one-touch passing (use this to practice throw-ins). Switch roles every 2 minutes. Station 3: triangle, jog + jog + sprint on the diagonal.
