Description
Players perform the following tasks at the stations: Lateral steps over cones, volley back with the inside of the foot Push-ups, one hand on the ball Sit-ups + header with each repetition Forward-backward runs, volley back with the instep Ground passes + control with the left foot, pass back with the right foot Heading practice On the coach's command, all players stop their task and sprint to the distant cone at their level.
