Circuit training with ball

Description

Set up the circuit as shown in the image. The circuit can be done as a single round, or players can be distributed at positions and rotate through the exercises after a set time (e.g., 15 minutes). • Station 1: Coordination ladder: pass the ball with the right foot and run forward through the ladder with small steps. Play the ball so you can dribble directly at the end. • Station 2: Hurdles: Pass the ball under the hurdles and then jump over them. Play the ball so you can continue dribbling directly at the end. • Station 3: Tight ball control: between the first two cones: Accelerate, brake, and accelerate again. • Station 4: Hoops: play the ball past the hoops and jump through the hoops on one leg. Play the ball so you can continue dribbling directly at the end. • Station 5: Shooting on goal. Free shot at goal. If the ball misses, retrieve it with a sprint. • Station 6: Coordination ladder: Pass the ball with the left foot and run backwards through the ladder. Play the ball so you can dribble directly at the end. • Station 7: Slalom without ball: Run through the pole slalom at speed without the ball. Retrieve the ball afterwards. • Station 8: Hold up: Keep the ball between the cones for Station 9. • Station 9: Head ball: Play the ball between the cones with your head towards Station 10. • Station 10: Slalom with ball: Dribble through the slalom course with the ball.
