Standing poles: Slalom run Backward slalom run Lateral slalom run Run completely around every 2nd pole clockwise (body always facing forward) Run completely around every 2nd pole counter-clockwise (body always facing forward) Lateral slalom run with crossover steps Alternatively, move 2 poles forward and 1 pole backward. Change sides with every change of direction Lying poles: Take 2 steps between poles Slalom through poles with side steps Slalom through poles with crossover steps Take 2 steps between poles, sideways
