Description
After an auditory or visual signal, the first players from each group perform a coordination task (e.g., lateral movement over 2 cones). After this, there is a sprint through the obstacles (poles) and, according to the coach's instructions, towards the blue or red cone. Instead of a color, the coach can also call out a number (e.g., 1 or 2. 1 represents blue, 2 represents red).
