Sprint Exercises from Jogging

Description

The player is positioned between the two red cones. The player jogs to the blue cones and then switches to a sprint. Once the player sprints past the yellow cones, they slow down to a jog. On the way to the blue cones, the following tasks can be performed: Butt kicks High knees Alternate jumps Ankle work 2-3 jumps (take-off with both legs) The player performs 6-10 rounds. After each round, the player rests for approximately 60 seconds.
