Double Coordination Circuit with Passing and Aerial Technique

Description

Divide the team into 2 groups, each completing one of the circuits and switching after half the time. The goal is to create a circuit that trains coordination and ground passing on one side, and aerial technique on the other. Circuit 1: The player runs to the hoops, takes two touches in each hoop while hopping to the right, makes a pass, and follows. Then, repeat on the left side. Afterward, hop to the center, run to the coordination ladder, which can be traversed using various techniques. Finish with a final pass and follow with the central player, then run in a curve back to the starting position. Circuit 2: Perform two-footed jumps sideways and forward over the hurdles. Execute a mid-height pass with a teammate and then cross the next hurdles. Follow this with another mid-height pass and then the final hurdle jump followed by a header pass.
