Description
The player sprints at full speed to the first cone and jogs back gently. This is repeated for cones 2 to 4. Then, they sprint again to the halfway line. After the sprints, the player jogs around the half-field. During this jog, the player must actively recover and regulate their breathing. 3 rounds = 1 set. Depending on the fitness level, perform 3 to 5 sets.
