Description
1. Perform 5 push-ups 2. Guide the ball backwards with the right sole to the next cone 3. Guide the ball backwards with the left sole to the next cone 4. Dribble through the slalom poles with firm control (slalom with different angles) 5. Perform 5 push-ups 6. Run towards the hurdles with tempo dribbling 7. Pass the ball under the hurdles and jump over them on the last one 8. Dribble towards the obstacle with the ball, perform a chosen feint, and continue dribbling towards the center 9. Shoot on the move at the goal defended by the goalkeeper 10. Run without the ball and perform 10 step-overs on the ball or bench (5x left + 5x right) 11. Run through the horizontal bars in a slalom. Always look in the same direction (towards position 12) 12. Header from a throw-in coming from position 13, then run to 13 to wait for the next player 13. Throw-in towards 12 (header height), perform the header, leave the ball, and run through the coordination track 14. Speed run through the hoops. Single hoop: one foot in each, double hoops: one foot right, one foot left 15. Speed jumping sideways over mini-hurdles (direction changes on each run) 16. Run through the coordination ladder (step into each square with both feet) 17. Sprint to the finish point, then jog (recovery phase) back to the start, picking up the ball again.
