Description
The player starts at the cone located to the right of the goals. 1. Sprint to the hoops. 2. Cross the hoops with one touch. 3. Sprint to the next cone. 4. Turn left and sprint through the slalom poles. 5. Sprint to the next cone. 6. Cross the coordination ladder with short, quick steps. 7. Turn left and cross the coordination ladder again with short, quick steps, this time sideways. 8. Sprint to the center cone. 9. The coach calls out a color. 10. The player must shoot the ball into the goal in front of the cone of the chosen color.
