Description
Participants go through the circuit clockwise. The following exercises are performed: Single-leg hops to the right (landing next to each cone) Single-leg hops to the left (landing next to each cone) Two-legged jumps over the hurdles Agility ladder as indicated (e.g., 2 steps per square or in-out, etc.) Backpedaling (approx. 5 m) Sprint to the target cone All exercises must be performed cleanly and at the highest possible speed.
