Running Coordination

Description

Players are divided into two groups and line up in front of the running course. Hurdles must be crossed as indicated. Then, players run in a "zipper" pattern around the red cone and return to the starting position. As an additional challenge, players must run laterally to each yellow cone and then return to the prescribed running pace.
