Description

Both teams start simultaneously at the coordination ladders. Shoot the ball past the ladder and pass it through the ladder with one touch. Dribble between the poles. Shoot the ball from the yellow square into the small goal. Sprint to the blue cone. Shot on the large goal. Sprint to the teammate at the pole and high-five. Penalties: Errors at the small goal = 1 push-up Errors at the large goal = 1 sit-up
