Description
Circuit divided into four different stations for speed and jumping. 1. Lateral squat with explosive sprint, followed by continuous jumps. 2. Slalom through poles with explosive sprint and hurdle jumps. 3. Short explosive sprints with acceleration and hurdle jumps. 4. Zigzag through cones and poles with explosive sprint and hurdle jumps. Solid lines represent speed, dashed lines represent recovery jogs.
