Description

Players are positioned at five stations as shown in the diagram, where D and E only perform crosses. The exercise starts with A, who performs three double-leg jumps over three medium hurdles, a 12-meter sprint, and a shot on goal using one of the balls at the edge of the box, immediately preparing to defend the attacking action from B and C. B performs a cross-pattern movement, varying lateral, forward, and backward steps, while C performs a dribble through cones, a pass, and a return pass to B, initiating the 2v1 action against A. Once the 2v1 action is finished, all three must move to the cone at the edge of the box to finish the cross delivered by either D or E. We perform three repetitions at each station and rotate clockwise.
