Description
Objective: - Endurance and Strength. Conditioning rule: - None. Notes: - 2 groups: the first group works on the endurance circuit and the second works on the strength circuit. - Endurance is worked as shown in the diagram. - In the strength circuit, we work in stations (1' per station): 1- Spinal rotations. 2- Quadriceps eccentric. 3- Hamstring eccentric. 4- Gluteus medius. 5- Push-ups.
