Description
Players start at the first marker and dribble the ball through a slalom of cones. Then, they perform lateral jumps over the hurdles. Next, they dribble through the agility ladder. After the ladder, they perform a quick wall pass and receive the ball back. Then, they dribble around the markers in a figure-eight pattern. Finally, they take a shot on goal.
