Description

Coordination course: The ball is moved up and down with arms extended while running. ABC movement tasks (butt kicks, high knees, side steps, carioca) are performed with the feet. Further along this course, there is very fast dribbling. Hurdle course 1: The ball is passed under the 3 hurdles. The player jumps over the hurdles with both feet and recovers the ball. Afterwards, the pole is dribbled with a feint. Hurdle course 2: Players dribble through the cone course. Afterwards, they pass the slalom pole with a feint and dribble through the 2nd cone course. Hurdle course 3 is dribbled like cone course 1.
