Increasing Stride Length at the End of the Sprint

Description

This exercise aims to gradually increase stride length during the sprint. The player runs along the cones, taking one step between each cone. Afterwards, the player performs an additional 20-meter sprint and then does a relaxed cool-down jog. The player completes 6-8 repetitions. Between repetitions, the player rests for approximately 60 seconds.
