Description
On the coach's command, players perform 15 sit-ups, and upon finishing, those in the front row immediately sprint; those on the wings must take the ball, deliver a cross (the one at cone D), and carry the ball to then play a cut-back pass (the one at cone A). After a 5-minute rest, repeat the drill, this time with 10 push-ups.
