Description
Players perform ABC running drills from the first to the second cone. On the way back to the first cone, they jog at a relaxed pace (but do not walk). Possible exercises for running ABCs: Ankle work Butt kicks High knees Alternating 2 high knees and 2 butt kicks Carioca (grapevine) Side steps, normal Side steps, 2 steps forward, 1 step back Arm circles forward Arm circles backward Skipping Arms overhead and walking on tiptoes Short sprints Knee-in rotation Knee-out rotation Bounding Alternating toe touches with opposite hand to stretched left and right foot
