Description
Objective: - Defensive-attacking transition (1-4-4-1-1). Conditioning rule: - Forced turnover. Notes: - Progress against the opponent with controlled possession, creating a 3v1. - The coach triggers the turnover on the holding midfielder. - The striker joins in the second wave, playing with their back to goal. - The attacking midfielder and wingers make runs in behind.
