Description
3 teams work in a pitch divided into 3 equal zones. The BLUE team has possession in Zone 1 with a numerical advantage. The WHITE team has 2 players pressing in Zone 1 and 4 blocking passing lanes in Zone 2. The RED team waits in Zone 3. When the blue team successfully passes the ball to the red team in Zone 3, a SWITCH OF PLAY occurs: 2 white players from Zone 2 enter to press the reds in Zone 3, the other 2 white players from Zone 2 plus the 2 from Zone 1 relocate to Zone 2 to block return passes. The reds now have possession and the blues wait in Zone 1. The cycle repeats continuously.
