ATTACK - DEFENSE TRANSITION

Description

Objective: - Behavior after ball loss. Conditioning rule: - Start attacking from the build-up zone. Notes: - The attacking team always starts in the build-up zone. - Upon losing possession, the team must decide on the optimal action: either execute a counter-press or drop back to the build-up zone, leaving only the player closest to the ball carrier to pressure. - Communication between teammates is essential to ensure a unified team action. Quick perception is key (scanning/shoulder checking while defending is also vital).
